What is Warrior’s Path?

The Warriors Path program is the combined knowledge gathered over 30 years of continuous training and study in the martial arts, Chi gong, Holistic nutrition, strength training, joint opening, loosening and much more. This program was created by Sifu Alan Baker in order to give his students the edge in training and in life. Warriors Path in its simplest definition is a program to help you operate at higher levels physically, mentally, and energetically so you can achieve your goals both inside the martial arts school and out.

As you age your body will start to lose range of motion in the joints and connective tissues. It will store unwanted tension and stress in various areas of the body many people are unaware of. The body will lose the natural breathing patterns you normally see in an infant and develop shorter, shallow breathing patterns. WP can help a beginner achieve and maintain a loose, healthy and strong body or it can take a high performance athlete to greater levels.

Warriors Path is divided into the following Basic Programs / Areas of study:

Warrior Motion©

– This program teaches you to loosen and release the joints and connective tissues of the body to increase your range of motion and regain the youthful movement you lose over time from injury, diet or age. Greater range of motion will also lessen your possibility of injury and increase the amount of shock your joints can endure in your everyday training or everyday life. As the body aligns and opens it is not uncommon to see greater levels of energy become available for your daily routine.

Warriors Breath©

– The average adult over time loses the natural ability to use a full breath. Most breathing patterns are shallow and quick especially when you are placed under physical or emotional stress. Warriors Breath© will teach you how to regain control of your breathing patterns and increase your overall lung capacity and efficiently. Learn to ingrain new breathing patterns that will allow you to operate at a higher respiratory level for everyday life or everyday training.

Warrior Strength©

– Learn methods of quickly increasing functional levels of strength in the Muscular system. Learn to condition the tendons and ligaments of the body and increase their power and efficiently as well as their ability to absorb shock from increased levels of training. Various training tools are used in this program from Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Clubbells, Ropes training, and Body weight training all combined to develop your overall functional performance.

Warriors Diet©

– What you take into the body machine directly affects its performance and ability to operate. Diet also affects the overall aging process of the body machine. Diet can also be adjusted to cleanse the body machine of toxins that are collected from the everyday routine. Learn to take control of your fuel for your machine in order to increase overall health and longevity or increase energy levels for life or higher levels or performance training.

Warriors Energy ©

– The body is a Bio Electric machine. Learn to recognize your body’s ability to cultivate, increase and store this bio electric energy or “Chi” in order to energize your life and heal the body machine. Based on various forms of Chi Gong “Qigong” and the ancient study of “Chi” this program is a modern approach to working with the body’s natural energy to boost your vitality and stamina, Strengthen your immune system and keep yourself healthy and balanced. Warriors Energy is AMAC’s Qigong program.
