We offer a greater variety of quality, advanced martial arts and self defense training than anyone north of Atlanta. We focus on teaching martial art fundamentals that have positive lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime. Our full time schedule of 65 classes per week offers days, nights and weekend options, so you are sure to find a class to fit your busy schedule. Our adult programs are designed specifically for the professional adult with emphasis on improving overall physical fitness and technical skills in a safe environment.
